Hello I bring more than 20 years of diverse mortgage and software experience often centered on research, data analysis, application testing, and support for both internal and external customers. Over the past 15 years, this foundation expanded to include application administration while supporting funding and front-end accounting activities, closing out in operational risk and control management. I am well-versed in mortgage loan servicing, LOS and Servicing application help desk support, and application testing. I am committed to exceeding expectations, ensuring quality and accuracy while delivering exceptional customer service - whether for external clients or fellow employees. One area in which I love to delve is process and product improvement. When placed as the user admin of Wells Fargo's install of ISGN's 'The Construction Lender'(TCL), the application had accounted for 75% of the previous admin's time. Within 4 months I had this down to 40%, accomplished with processes such as creating Microsoft Excel macros and templates for daily reports, as well as converting a monthly manual SQL posting process to use of an Excel template, reducing time needed from 1.5 work days down to 15 minutes. I am eager for a position that challenges me, highlights what I bring to the role, and allows me to support and strengthen the team and the organization. I am equally comfortable in-office, hybrid or full remote, and maintain a properly equipped, dedicated home office. Ignoring titles and AI-generated key words, simply put, I get things done. I figure out things for myself when I can, but I also know to turn to those of knowledge and experience. At the end of the day, everyone starts from a point of knowing nothing about a subject, working their way to becoming an expert and someone others look to. And I am a team player. I go to work to better my company and customers, not to best my teammates. I find myself in this position today because in February 2025 my position and others were eliminated due to ongoing company downsizing and the satisfaction of government consent orders on which the role was based.
