About Karl Williams

I provide professional Quantity Surveying, Employers Agent, Planning and Contract Management services to the Social Housing, Refurbishment, Education & New build industry. I have an ethos of innovation, collaboration and most importantly, an understanding of how to fulfil and exceed my employers’ and clients’ expectations. I work in a multitude of capacities for my Clients from QS through to Commercial Manager Roles managing both teams of either direct employed or company employed QS's. I also provide an Employers Agent role in all aspects throughout the construction process. I work in a structured manner that ensures I deliver projects with a strategic perspective, which brings clarity, confidence and enables good communication for informed decisions to be made. I also have had a varied experience of different Construction Contracts and head Design Teams under both JCT and bespoke NEC3 contracts dealing with Feasibility Studies, Cost Plans through to Completion, commercially implementing cost structures within both projects and core businesses. Essentially, I deliver a 360 degree approach from feasibility through to tender, contract implementation, mobilising projects, drafting Consultant Appointment contracts and subcontracts, cost management to high profile projects, managing risks, through to final accounts in-line with commercial forecasts.
