I am a lawyer who, at the moment is working as a garden blogger, writer and speaker. I was a practicing real estate lawyer until 2005, when I saw the market taking I turn I didn't like even then. So I switched careers and went into gardening full time. I remain a lawyer in good standing. At the moment I am working as a church administrative officer, much like a business manager, a job I absolutely adore as well. I'm also a trained weather spotter for the National Weather Service and I sing with my local church choir-so I stay out of trouble! My husband and I also rescue miniature schnauzers. Currently we have our fourth rescue (my sixth schnauzer in total) named Amie.
