My career spans over 25 years in commercial real estate management, and currently serves as one of Avison Young’s most well respected, and senior-level professional team members. My diverse roles have included the management of office, retail and industrial portfolios throughout Southern California, as well as critical accounting and financial positions. I currently have oversight of 5M square feet of Class A commercial office buildings and retail projects throughout California and the Pacific Northwest, where my experience in property operations, expense controls, service vendor contract negotiations, value analysis, building systems and construction management provide a strong value add service to Avison Young’s valuable clients. As dedicated, enthusiastic, and highly motivated leader, I place tremendous emphasis on seizing initiative and seeing a task through to prompt and successful completion. My comprehensive background in accounting has contributed to my success in real estate management. I have extremely strong analytical skills, enabling me to offer clients superior financial and accounting reports. My qualifications also include supervising a diverse array of leasing and construction projects. My focus on superior customer service has had a tremendous impact on tenant relations, yielding a positive increase in tenant retention to the benefit of the clients.
