About Karla Cline

With 24 years of commercial property management, I have found that I have a passion for getting to touch multiple real estate transactions simultaneously and having an impact on making the goals of the developer, builder and real estate companies become a financially viable reality. In my work, it has never been about just being up to the fire drill when there is a crisis, though I manage those times very well. The element of challenge for me is creating an environment for my team where they can grow and collaborate effectively. Our commercial industry in Hampton Roads and the region at large is benefiting from the expertise of those of us who have stayed the course and continued to gain valuable management experience of large companies. Managing properties and changing real estate environments successfully has assisted me to fine tune competencies over the years which are important to investors and building owners. Specialties: Property Management (on site, multi-sites, multi-states); Employee Relations and Management; Asset Management; Due diligence; Construction and capital oversight; Budgeting; Negotiations.
