About Karla Helm

My journey into real estate began with both designing our family home and successfully navigating several personal property investments. In the years following, real estate has quickly become my passion and area of expertise. Meeting new people and creatively working with them to meet or exceed their goals is what I find most rewarding about my job. I've lived in Northwest Georgia with my husband and 2 children since 1997 after moving from Florida and prior to that, California. My previous jobs have included working as an RN, Accounting and serving as CFO of a small business for over 10 years. If you are looking for a positive, experience and great customer service when either buying, selling or investing in real estate, look no further! In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, travel, scuba diving and always learning. However, my passion is to become your professional, personal guide as you navigate the complex world of real estate!
