When I watched the health of whole generations before me deteriorate not only by age, but by the sedentary lifestyles, poor diets, and stress, I knew I was going to be a part of the solution. After losing four family members in five years, I was determined to make a change - to educate and promote an active lifestyle and a clean healthy diet in my community.
