I am a bilingual Human Resources Professional (English–Spanish) with over 15 years of international experience in HR, administration, and general management across Canada and Mexico. My background blends corporate leadership with community-driven initiatives, giving me a strong perspective on both people and business operations. Currently, I serve as Co-Founder & CEO of Royal Path Enterprise™, a new venture dedicated to providing affordable HR, finance, marketing, IT, and advisory services to small businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations. Our mission is to deliver professional support while also creating opportunities for students, seniors, and local talent to contribute, learn, and thrive. I am also Co-Founder of Valora Associates, a Calgary-based social enterprise that empowers seniors, students, and low-income households through innovative services and an inclusive thrift model. I am passionate about building inclusive workplaces, leveraging technology to streamline HR operations, and leading initiatives that make a meaningful social and economic impact. With strengths in HRIS transitions, employee engagement, and cross-functional leadership, I bring both strategic vision and hands-on execution to every role.
