I lead with data, research, and cyber intelligence to shape strategy, accelerate business growth, and deepen client understanding in high-pressure cyber incidents. In my role, I translate raw telemetry, intelligence, and research into clear, actionable insights that help executives and responders make better decisions. I oversee our Cyber Intelligence team, manage external research, and play an active role in redefining the incident response model through a technology-enabled, intelligence-led approach. Cyber threat intelligence underpins everything in cybersecurity and it’s where I’ve focused my recent career. I’m the creator of three LinkedIn Learning courses, designed to help practitioners, leaders, and organizations operationalize intelligence and apply it where it matters most. Before my current role, I founded and scaled two cybersecurity businesses: A cyber recruitment company that became the largest cyber-specialist recruiter in the UK and later expanded to the US (turning me into a #britinamerica) A cyber events business focused on community, knowledge-sharing, and industry impact Both businesses were successfully acquired. I’m a frequent public speaker, enjoy demystifying complex cyber topics for executive audiences, and am deeply passionate about supporting and promoting women in cybersecurity.
