About Karley Aguiar

I would describe myself as a leader who has learned to think outside the box to accomplish a goal or a task at hand. I have learned through my years of experience in emergency departments to work efficiently and proactively while continuing to remain sensitive to patients, utilizing trauma informed care. I have learned to understand how recently traumatized individuals and long term trauma can affect individuals mental health and working with them to understand their goals. I also have a wide spectrum geographically in the state of Wisconsin of the understanding of different resources for individuals of trauma backgrounds.
