My experience in large-scale, global complex SAP ERP, SuccessFactors, Payroll etc. business transformations, systems integrations, mergers and acquisitions and multiple non-SAP IT projects has deepened my knowledge and expertise in all elements of effective project delivery (with an emphasis on the criticality of designing for maximum user adoption, business readiness and transition to support success).
