About Karlo Definis

With over eight years of experience in the Luxembourg School of Business (LSB), I am a Program Manager of Financial Industry Management and I oversee LSB GLoball. The two innovative and international programs offer executive education and networking opportunities for financial professionals. My operational responsibilities are planning, coordinating and directing of these programs, ensuring compliance with the Luxembourg regulatory landscape and delivering high-quality services to the participants. On the commercial side, I am in charge of development, partnerships and new programs development. I have a strong background in Economics and Business Administration, with an Executive Master's in Financial Services Industry from LSB and a Bachelor's degree from Zagreb School of Economics and Management. I have developed core competencies in strategy, teamwork, market research, technology, and innovation, as well as excellent communication skills in English, Italian, and Croatian. I am passionate and analytical, driven by the mission of LSB to provide cutting-edge and practical learning experiences that foster personal and professional growth. I thrive in high-pressure and high-stakes environments, and I embrace challenges with a corporate entrepreneurship mindset.
