Dedicated administrator and accountant/bookkeeping professional with demonstrated strengths in QuickBooks, time management and financial duties. Excellent verbal and written communicator with strong background cultivating positive relationships and exceeding goals. My goal is to obtain a position which uses the admin and accounting skills that I have acquired over the past 5 years to help the profitability of the company I work for. I am a highly motivated and dedicated professional that will do what it takes to get the job done right, the first time. I have never been, nor would I ever need to be, micro-managed. Given the opportunity, I will learn my new role quickly. Over the last 5 years at Expedition America, I have been promoted twice from Executive Assistant to Bookkeeper and I currently oversee all Accounting, Human Resource and Administrative operations. I was responsible for AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, onboarding new employees, compiling financial statements through our QuickBooks accounting software, categorizing company and sales expenses, invoicing customers and coordinating the daily schedule of the CEO. Prior to my employment, these duties were never documented for training purposes. As a result, I have created a 200+ page training manual that will serve as a template for all future employees in the Admin, HR and Accounting departments after my departure.
