Background

About Karn Agarwal

I've spent 40 years living on a timetable. schedules, deadlines, and deliverables. Then COVID happened. Suddenly, there was nothing to do but have conversations with my wife and sons. I started sending emails to myself. Not to-do lists. Just thoughts. Reflections on what things mean. What they could mean differently. That's when I realized: most things that "matter" are defined by someone else. And you don't have to accept those definitions. You can define things for yourself.Hey, I'm Karn. I run TNT Storage and Racking Systems Pvt Ltd in Bangalore. We build the shelves and systems that warehouses depend on. Dark stores. Distribution centers. Automation. 70 people. Projects ranging from 50 lakhs to 30 crores. Here's what I believe in: Depth over breadth. I'd rather do 5 projects properly than chase 20. Flexibility over rigidity. I tell my team: if you're not growing here, you're in the wrong place. No hard feelings. Just honesty. Adaptability over preparation. I've done business in Oman, Bangladesh, Qatar, UK and Canada, Germany, Spain, each time without fully knowing what to expect. Figured it out along the way. I think I could survive on Mars too.I don't like being preachy. Everything I share comes from my own experience. You can agree, disagree, or ignore. The point is just to pause and reflect.Human. Catalyst. Enabler. Well Wisher. That's who I try to be. The rest is context.
