Welcome, in 2018 I recently moved my office from Coldwell Banker Premier Properties to Ruggeri & Shanks LLC Real Estate Services. My profile and some background experience for your information. I’m a full time resident of Saint Augustine and loving it since moving here from Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey. My Mom moved with me at the age of 94 and we enjoyed our time together going to the beach and eating out alone with my adopted daughter who now lives in California. I chose Real Estate as my business 45 years ago and have been active in residential real estate in both states. I have a degree in Business and in Fine Arts. I attended Chubb Institute computer classes for computer advancement. I have traveled the USA living in Denver Colorado, Rapid City, South Dakota and Fort Worth, Texas. As a Realtor in New Jersey I was also a licensed real estate appraiser. I served on the Morris County Board of Realtors, was active with the local Chamber of Commerce, Women in Networking and other associations. In Saint Augustine, I have been a member of the Education Committee at the St. Johns/Saint Augustine Board of Realtors; and served as Board Member, Vice President, and President of two Condominium Associations, I truly love Saint Augustine and am happy to share that with my customers looking to settle here. I am a free-lance artist. I've done art work of homes in Saint Augustine and in New Jersey and published real estate art work for advertisements. On commissioned bases I do pen and ink renderings that are a great gift. In more ways than one Homes are My Business! My current hobbies are golf and traveling
