I have over 10 years of experience working in the real estate and law industry. Currently, I work as Counsel at Greenberg Traurig, where I advise clients on complex real estate transactions and asset management matters. Key achievements: Recent transactions: 1) Manova Partners (ex‑Macquarie): counsel on €500 million+ Polish logistics & office deals (2021–25), incl. €100 million+ sale‑and‑leaseback of Żabka flagship hub; ongoing asset‑management support for 1 million sqm portfolio. 2) P3 Logistic Parks: led €130 million Campus Wrocław acquisition (Poland’s largest single‑asset logistics deal in 2023); negotiated SPA and directed DD. 3) Cromwell Property Group: advised as team leader on €285 million divestment of Auchan retail portfolio. 4) Hines: negotiated sale of DPP office portfolio (GLA > 170 sqm) and other Polish transactions. 5) Wood Real Estate: structured two JVs (> €100 million) with 7R & Garbe to roll out logistics assets nationwide. Asset management: Working on day-to-day asset management matters including negotiation of lease agreements for for the clients with a portfolio of office and warehouse buildings in Poland exceeding in total sqm. Skills: real estate capital markets (asset and share deals, JVs, other complex real estate transactions), real estate asset management, real estate due diligence, corporate law matters. Graduate of law at Nicolaus Copernicus University and post-graduate studies in real estate management at Warsaw University of Technology. Member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI’s Young Leaders programme).
