Hi, I'm Karol, a product designer based in Cracow. I specialize in crafting straightforward solutions for complex problems, drawing from my background in industrial design from the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. Throughout my career, I've honed my skills in the new technology industry, leveraging UX, UI, research, prototyping, management, and empathy to address user needs and achieve business objectives. As a product design leader, I've had the privilege of managing and nurturing teams responsible for implementing new products. My leadership skills have been instrumental in guiding teams towards successful project outcomes. Before joining the tech industry, I owned a wooden toy manufacturing business, which allowed me to further develop my project management abilities. Additionally, I've contributed my expertise as a visual designer for a cosmetics startup in Cracow, where I oversaw product visual design and digital communication strategies. Outside of work, I enjoy motorcycle touring, cycling, and engaging in DIY projects.
