I bring a unique mix of experience in Human-Centered AI-innovation design, customer insights, and strategic leadership. My career highlights include co-founding an AI-tech start-up, leading design teams through significant growth, and creating frameworks that simplify the complexity of customer experience management. I’m passionate about turning this huge wave of AI into tangible results. My approach is building business cases and to explore how value can be created. I create cultures where teams feel empowered to continuously improve and embrace a “yes-we-can” mindset toward meaningful change.
