About Karolina Grajda

I am a positive and open-minded person. While pursuing a goal, I set myself a specific plan of action, but also leave space for creativity. Working in a team gives me the feeling of realizing the full potential of a project and I find it a great opportunity to accumulate new skills. During my career path, I had the opportunity to conduct public relations and social media projects for clients in the Polish and foreign markets. Specialization of each of them required a thorough analysis of the market, and thus the adaptation of methods known to me to the business realities and expectations of customers. Among them were education, technology, sports, start-ups, and children's products. Cooperation worth special mentioning are PR activities carried out for Eurosport for the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 and Winter Olympic Games Beijing 2022. In my work as an event organizer, I have learned how to react quickly to unforeseen situations and work under pressure of time and stress. I know how to effectively plan ahead, manage the budget, but also creatively adapt to the needs of the moment or the project. In my career, I have worked on conferences and trade shows in, among others: AED, Canada, UK, Germany, Czech Republic, Malta, Ireland and Poland.
