About Karolina Lovinter

81 years. That is approximately the time most people will spend indoors if reaching the age of 90 years. That fact ought to make the many of us stop and reflect on the indoor environment we work, live and learn in. I’m glad I have worked 10+ years with an innovative solution making it possible to contribute to a more sunlight filled and pleasant indoor environment. Creating awareness is one of the main goals and perhaps even more exiting and challenging when you are one of few players in the field. To work within the building sector has been an eye opener and interest-catching time in regards to how much there is to be done - and is done - to lowering the carbon emissions within the sector. The awareness and initiatives that are going on are truly inspiring. I love to learn, and both my background as legal counsel and marketing manager have given me the opportunity to learn, both about myself as a person, but also in the opportunity in growing and gaining new skills. I love the interactions with people, each interaction is an opportunity to learn. Good team work, with colleagues and external cooperations, gives good results in the delivery of a project. I believe in adapting to new insights and making something concrete out of it. I work both strategically and operationally, and love the mix of it: planning, discussing and implementing marketing and communication plans with the managers/directors of the sales and marketing team and/or management group, to perform tasks within the digital communication field (for example website updates, social media, blog, white papers, SEO, newsletters, automations). When I’m not making people aware of healthy indoor environments, activities close to nature with family and friends or social gatherings are preferred. For emptying your head of thoughts, I do recommend dance classes or a run in the forest…
