I am striving to connect and network with people who are in my field who have experience and are willing to connect and share to help direct my career path. The skills and knowledge that I already have has molded me to become the manager that I am known to be. With my illustrative and creative abilities I have learned to adapt and manage to what is presented and develop ways to improve them. Along with my experience, i’ve took it upon myself to improve my skills and go back and finish my educational career where I finished my undergraduate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and currently in position to pursue my Masters Degree in I/O Psychology, 2024-2025. Being a student and a manager, I was able to actively participate in these experiences working and growing with the people on my project. In this field along with my college education, I have improved and learned more interpersonal skills, communication skills, managing techniques, training and developing employees of company knowledge. I am highly eager to be a part of your team/company as I know I will be a beneficial part to any business with the right direction in order for me to retain and grow what i’ve learned.
