As a Senior Technical Support Specialist at Hitachi Vantara, I provide support to our partners and customers on the use of our partner tools and customer tools within Salesforce, the leading cloud-based platform for customer relationship management. I have over five years of experience in this role, and I have developed expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and troubleshooting, as well as in other related tools and technologies, such as VPN, Citrix, and multifactor authentication. I work with developers and other support team members to improve and resolve issues for users, as well as to provide guidance, knowledge base articles, and database verification and correction. I also support internal Hitachi Vantara users regarding access to Salesforce and other tools as needed. I am a self-starter, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for learning and improving my current skills.
