I am always looking to expand my professional horizons by seeking new challenges in the area of sustainability, leadership, and administration. I have a passion for organizational behavior and am experienced in sustainability, engagement, and behavior change programming, leadership, public administration, event planning, project coordination, and management. I enjoy finding the most effective way to get a job done and implementing solutions that support the triple bottom line. planet, people, and profit. My strong initiative combined with my ability to work well under pressure allows me to play a crucial role in any organization. I have presented locally and nationally on employee engagement and green office programs. I enjoy exploring different strategies for engaging employees and rallying support for sustainability initiatives in different types of organizations. I have done research on how to effectively engage the institutional middle to support sustainability initiatives in large organizations while exploring different frameworks to measure the impact on areas such as purchasing, recycling, and org behavior. I believe that although starting and sustaining behavior change programs can seem an impossible challenge, they are key to successfully reaching your organization's goals and bring to the table an often-unique perspective of how the world can operate.
