As a multi-faceted sales professional and an extravert, I love working with people to find the perfect products and services to fit their lifestyles. My sales roles have been customer experience driven with an emphasis on relationship building. Establishing an instant rapport with people, actively listening to understand each customer’s requirements, researching available design options, sharing product knowledge, and using consultative selling techniques to influence customers’ buying decisions are what I do best. I have a wide variety of sales experience, having worked in diamond jewelry sales for three of the largest retailers including International Diamond Center, Diamonds Direct, and Zales Outlets. As well as in cabinet design and sales for Lowe’s Home Improvement, and in flooring sales at The Tile Shop. Being an intuitive problem-solver has contributed to my project management success. I conceptualize, design, and manage new projects by focusing on the customer’s vision and using spatial reasoning and design concepts to guide the development of customer-centric solutions. As a sales manager, I identify sales associates who demonstrate high initiative, excellent communication skills, and contagious enthusiasm and coach them in sales effectiveness. Throughout my career, I’ve won awards for highest sales, gross profit percentages, and close rates. A little-known fact about me is that I am a corporate artist for Freshpet. My art has been published in five magazines. I enjoy living in a city with a vibrant arts community and traveling to places that are rich in art history. Painting, mountain biking, jet skiing, windsurfing, and boating are a few of my interests.
