As a former Division 1 Athlete, working with professional athletes & entertainers within the non-profit sector my ability to establish and lead a strong team is imperative. With a strong background in communications, management and education, my skillset is prepared to lead a strong team at Athletes Charitable. I am a highly motivated individual with experience working in a fast-paced environment specializing in communications management. An inspired leader with a passion & devotion to e-learning & higher academia. Balance between content development, higher academie & corporate america allows me to understand the diverse being of a successful workplace. Creating unique content to support the new wavelength pertaining to the Name: Image: Likeness disrupting the NCAA and paving the way for student athletes to make a difference! Within my higher academia realm, creating knowledge within a communications & persuasive speaking environment while challenging students to break away from their fears and imperfection is a aspect I crave and yearn to continue to grow within. I create, develop, sell and demonstrate approaches such that students all of walks of life can feel more confident and better prepared in any public setting. On top of teaching & designing eLearning content, sports is a passion that has been in my blood all my life. As a former D1 athlete there are many traits that only those elite athletes know and understand. To have the drive and determination to succeed, to not accept "NO" as an answer and to strive for future SUCCESS are crucial in the learning steps through life, personally and professionally. My journey never ends, I'm just getting started!
