About Karsten Diekmann

After joining the AOS Group in 2001 Karsten executed a large number of projects for a wide variety of (national and international) clients, among which extensive Turnkey assignments. As BREEAM-NL In-Use expert he also guided several clients in the process towards a BREEAM sustainability certificate. In October 2014 AOS Group merged with Colliers. Karsten went on to work as Senior Consultant / Project Manager in the new company Colliers Occupier Services. On July, 1st 2018 Colliers started the new business unit Design & Development. Karsten is Senior Consultant / Project Manager Building & Real Estate in this new department, which combines the expertise on redevelopment, renovation and design. His experience is advice by creating Business Cases, Design management and development of functional, spatial, facilities related and technical programs of requirements, making use of specialist knowledge rules and regulations in relation to the work environment. During the whole process Karsten is involved starting early in the design phase. During the process he is steering on the factors of BC, PoR, Purchase, Budget, Time, Quality and Risk. With the execution phase Karsten will lead the and supervise the building team on site.
