Leader with global experience from several management positions within Danfoss and Power Solutions, formerly Sauer-Danfoss.Over the years I have been the head of various employee groups, mainly focusing on the operational part.This means that the contact with colleagues in all parts of business have been very important in order to be able to support deliveries on time and help to guarantee the same level of quality.Since 1998, I have been working with leadership in IT, mainly to build and mature new functions and teams, in other words, personnel management, not so much IT technically, as that laid in the teams I have been managing.The employees of my teams have always been in focus, because I know that it is very much through them we achieve the good results.I have been responsible for, among other things, to structure and build the European HelpDesk as well as the global manufacturing IT Department within Sauer-Danfoss.This also included standardizing on processes and methods.The last years I have been head of the global Service Desk and global user administration within Danfoss, where the focus has been to ensure the correct use of processes, rules and procedures, respecting internal rules, but as important, local rules and law. As type, I am result oriented, loyal, good to motivate employees to work toward the same goal.Are used to see the big picture but with attention to details.Throughout my years as manager, I have participated in several training programs, mainly within change management and personal development.I am known to be prepared, and quickly adapt to changes and, for me, new areas.
