Admissions Official with a track record of relationship building, nearly two decades of experience as a Spanish teacher, academic advisor and mentor to other teachers. In addition to teaching and advising, extensive experience in volunteer management and participation, communication and event planning and management. Also have experience in student programs/activities and residential life. Specific interests include 21st century global learning, student leadership development and community service based projects. My primary work and dedication would be focused on first generation college students in urban settings. I desire to do this in a place where I would be given creative authority, honored traditions and work with an amazing faculty and colleagues, while hoping to utilize my knowledge of various school environments, social media and spirituality.
