My IT career at Aricent (Altran) and Juniper networks did shape me up as an individual contributor and also provided a platform to equip myself with project management, C Programming, network protocols (L2 and L3), and debugging skills. It made me a complete professional with proficiency in project management and software engineering methodologies. I was super excited when I joined Aricent as a trainee. 2 fabulous months of training at New Delhi groomed me as a software engineer. Back in Chennai, I was getting acquainted with the accelerated Aricent atmosphere. My 'go well with' attitude gave me a lot of connections. I took the liberty to exchange thoughts about technology, day-to-day occurrences, cricket, and more. I was actively involved in orchestrating the true-to-life days of products team outings. These days I did evolve as a leader, team-player, learning about decision making, organizing, and brimming with confidence that I could make things happen. I always took life as it came to me, I have changed the gears to pace up my professional life and joined Juniper Networks. I was always ready for new missions and challenges. Work at Juniper was a different ball game, It made me realize my strengthens, showcase my individuality and perform independently. To scale up on the management ladder, I have done my Master’s in Business Administration from a renowned university in Canada. Further, I have honed my project management skills by adding PMP, Scrum Master and Safe Agilist certifications to my profile. Currently I am leading many cloud migration projects as an IT Project Manager for Archway Canada. I see the opportunity in small things.
