With 20+ years of experience, I have earned reputation as a leader who can consistently perform and deliver on business critical projects. During my career i have gained hands on experience and lead projects in product design and development using 3D CAD modeling, FE Analysis & Material Testing. Also I have lead projects in software development environment and developed methodologies & automation solutions to reduce design, process and manufacturing cycle time using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. I am always in lookout for design cycle time reduction, process improvement, cost reduction, increasing efficiency and productivity. As a GE Certified ISO auditor conducted process compliance ISO audits across various teams and send out compliance and non compliance reports. Ensured on time closure of non conformance instances. Project Management Professional (PMP) certified and have experience leading projects of various sizes in all project management life cycles. As a PMP certified individual i follow PMI's Code of ethics and professional conduct. I received various awards, recognitions for successfully delivering projects.
