About Karthik Narayan

I have been in operations for more than 10+ years and in role of project management and people management, prior to which i was with Sales for around 3 years. In Gensuite (most recent organisation) my role was as Lead Project Manager wherein i was working on multiple projects which both internal and customer facing. Most of them were critical projects with stringent timelines, during this tenure i had a chance to work with higher management i was able to make the best out of it where i could understand and interpret there way of working, thought process their expectations especially working closely with CEO help me a ton. I was recognized as best performer for couple of times and identified as go to person for most of the critical projects which having a short turnaround. Outside work am passionate of playing badminton which also help me being physically fit, I also love to travel and explore places.
