Project management – Handled various scope from a turnkey solution on fabrication of LARS systems, Installation/Project engineer for ROV LARS system covering SIngapore & south Korea which includes DNV certification. APAC regions support as Project coordinator for subsea tooling support, successful completion of Well head decommission and well severance. Now as a ROV Project Manager for APAC working with Malaysian, Indonesian, Japanese clients & supporting Australia on 3rd party tooling rental. • Commercial/Bidding - Above scope also includes commercial support, quotation, negotiation with 3rd party contractors, bid calc, provide engineering solution with engineering team assistance for custom build tools, technical support for commercial team. • Cost saving activities for all projects, reducing R&M cost for each system, effective utilization on Batam resources to reduce cost. • Worked with Petronas, TOTAL, PTTEP, Shell, JMH, JAMSTEC, JDC, Daiichi, Sapura, McDermott, Reliance, TFMC, BH, DOF etc and will be the main focal point of contact. • Worked with global team (Australia, India, SEA, Americas & Aberdeen) for project deliverables. • Sound knowledge in project management, subsea tooling, decommission tooling, engineering solution, etc,
