Relief to the client – 50% of the Principal Cost and Legal Fees incurred by the client were reimbursed- Served & Drafted a Legal Notice to Credit & Service Provider Company & got a relief pertaining to the technical error on their platform- Drafted & Executed a Joint Venture Agreement for Diet Café at Chandigarh, running inside the gym premises- Drafted & Served a Legal Notice w.r.t to illegal retaining of Money on the basis of unexecuted Letter of Intent, by a Franchisee Distributing Company- Got the retained money reimbursed (Independently) with respect to the cashback on a product, on behalf of an Advocate.
