About Kartik Warrier

I am a Senior Supply Chain Professional with rich and extensive experience in FMCG and Media environments. Desire to optimise and improve drives me, and I complement it with passion for data analytics and graphical representation. I strongly believe in collaborative working and am a dedicated team player. I have a strong sense of ethics and fairness, and expect the same in return. I have helped Companies set up Strategic Procurement systems, have set up multiple Category Management modules for organized Sourcing, and have drafted and rolled out documentation, standard operating procedures, and transactional guides for related processes and activities. I have managed Supply Chain (Demand / Supply) Planning – S & OP, Supply Assurance, and Inventory Management including Distribution and Warehousing. I lead Strategic Procurement of Outsourced capacity and helped set up plants for augmenting capacity - within very quick lead times - to support an aggressive Supply Chain: World’s largest selling English NewspaperI learned Supply Chain Planning, Process Think, and Systems competencies with some stringent process oriented companies like GlaxoSmithKline, Cadbury, and Total. I have successfully delivered value to portfolios I managed for them. My passionate for data analytics and infographics helped my team win the Premier’s Award in Govhack 2015 (Open Data Competition) I have demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams - one of the geatest examples of this being the delivery of pioneering innovations in Publishing – World's first Die Cut Newspaper and World's first Speaking Newspaper; both for a major German Automobile client.
