I’m skilled in Statistical Process Control (SPC), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify issues and optimize processes. I take pride in implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, cut costs, and increase operational efficiency. In my role, I’ve designed and executed Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA), performed Process Validation, and helped teams adopt Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) principles to drive measurable results. I also have hands-on experience with tools like Minitab, SAP, Power BI, and Advanced Excel to analyze data and support data-driven decisions.
