Work Exposure : Operation and maintenance of Automated Packing Unit, Buggy Handling Management, Marsh Coder Printing Unit and Vacuum blower unit, Eola automated packaging machinery, stitching machine operate & Ability to Repair And Maintain Machinery.Seeking a position to utilize my skills and abilities as a Packaging Officer that offers Professional growth while being resourceful, innovative and flexible.• Strong Knowledge in Operating Detergent Packaging FFS machine – Multitrack m/c –Akash & Shubham, & Single track m/c – Hassia etc.• Ability to Start-up/ Shutdown all connected DC /CVC lines, Power system • Operation of Supporting system equipment’s likes- Stitching m/c, Domino, Videojet, Weighing balance, Antrisu & VBL( vacuum bag lifter)• Execution of Daily & weekly CIL• Machine Centerline, CIL, S/D Compliance• Every 30 min Product quality Check according to TAMU Standard• Daily DDS & Game-plan making for improve the line Result & Focus on Repeated stops and Defect fixing etc.• Strong Knowledge of machine Safety & PPE• Tracking Productivity – M/C Production Reliability, Stop/day, MTBF by Maple System• Tracking the Monthly Result & share in team.• Perfect Shift operation achieve.• Product & PM material Quality Checks & raise the Quality alerts if get • DMS Tracking & follow-up with team members & share the meeting • Knowledge of SAP work – New parts Registration. Parts finding in m/c function location Raise Pm Order and do TBM Plan.• Hit the Daily Production Plan MPSA.• Execution Changeover between SKU & Brand.
