I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Human Resources. Throughout my academic journey, I’ve developed a strong interest in core HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development. I believe that effective HR practices are essential in creating a positive work environment and driving organizational success. Through my coursework and hands-on experiences, I’ve built strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. I am enthusiastic about applying these in real-world HR settings and am currently seeking internships or entry-level roles where I can contribute to impactful HR initiatives while expanding my knowledge.
