I am Experienced Executive Director with a demonstrated history of working in the membership association industry. I'm skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Event Management, Financial Management, and Leadership. After working with Associations and non-profits for over 15 years, I started my company, ExecuHive because I wanted to use my expertise with organizations who did not have the bandwidth or finances to manage the day to day of their membership association or chapter. ExecuHive specializes in helping small and medium sized associations and chapters grow and prosper. We offer full service, where we manage the day to day of your association or outsourced services, where we provide only what you need for as long you as you need it. With the day to day, we are imbedded into your association and act as part of the organization, utilizing your assets (such as e-mail address), if you desire that. We offer expertise, staffing and resources that allow you to effectively manage your day to day operations and advance your long-term goals. We work in partnership with you to deliver high levels of expertise and accountability so that your organization continues to increase in its value and relevance to your members. Meeting annual goals while keeping your board accountable is of paramount importance to a growing organization. We work closely with your board to deliver on your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with your members to ensure your benefits meet their needs and with your staff to assist them in identifying growth opportunities and implementing the necessary protocols to grow your organization.
