About Karyn Drown

With over seven years of experience in finance and inclusion and diversity, I am currently the Global Finance Inclusion and Diversity Program Delivery Lead at Accenture. I work with senior leaders and stakeholders to design, implement, and monitor global I&D programs and initiatives for the finance function. Previously, I was a Deal Shaping and Pricing Manager at Accenture, where I worked with client teams across industries shaping deals for various clients and projects. I have a strong background in finance, process improvement, and program management, and I have developed excellent leadership and communication skills throughout my career. I hold an MBA and a BS in Finance from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. I am passionate about creating a more inclusive and diverse finance culture and workforce, and I am committed to advancing the mission and values of Accenture. I bring a unique perspective and experience to the team, and I strive to collaborate with and empower others to achieve excellence and innovation.
