About Karyn Linn

I help purpose-driven organizations be their best so they can do their best. My focus is on capacity building through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, purposeful communications, and organizational design. My sweet spot is facilitating intentional conversations that lead to organizational change. Throughout my career, I've worked to connect volunteer leaders with the resources they need to be successful. I facilitate strategic planning sessions and leadership development retreats, hold brainstorming sessions to find solutions to problems, and develop educational and communication strategies to keep stakeholders engaged and informed on current events and trends. I bring these skills and strategies to the work I do with the organizations I serve. I believe the world will be a better place if purpose-driven organizations can design a structure that helps them use their resources wisely and stay focused on the reason they exist.
