About Karyn Morrison

I have lengthy experience working in the games industry, with previous experience in web games, editing and television animation. While most of my time in the games and animation industry has been as an artist, I transitioned to a Development Director role for the planning of milestones for both art assets and outsourcing groups for The Simpsons – Tapped Out town builder game, which just saw it’s sunset after over 10 years on the app store. More recently, I’ve taken on both Operations and Sales Admin functions with my current role at Discovery Garden, where I manage current customer relationships, renewals and accounts. I have familiarized myself with a wide range of tools and applications to assist in the planning, organization and timely delivery of assets and contracts, both internally and to a licensor, as well as maintaining milestones and budgets for outsourcing groups. I am a self-starter and problem solver. I enjoy working with a small development team and I thrive on creative thinking. I’m also a big organizational nerd!
