ACCOUNTING: My experience working for a CPA firm includes managing accounting, IT, and human resources departments. I have done both hands-on AP, AR and month end processing and managed the full month end closing processes including balancing subsidiary ledgers and banks, creating month end and year end journal entries, and producing and reviewing all financial reporting. PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND ERP IMPLEMENTATION: I have been a lead consultant and trainer on more than 20 software implementations. I also work with existing customers to maximize use of their ERP system, streamline workflow, reduce costs, and train employees. I am especially passionate about helping small to mid-sized business maximize their system resources to improve use of resources and get timely information to grow their business. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT: My work with ERP systems includes developing and leading end to end user training for operations and accounting staff in classroom, remote, and one on one training settings. This includes working with users to create standard operating procedure processes and documents and customizing training to fit their operation.
