About Kasara Carlin

I'm definitely an introvert, I work great in small groups or one on one basis. Though also never afraid to get in front of a lot of people, it's not my preferred medium as I want to actually get to know a person I'm talking to, and give them a chance to talk back. I also can work well alone. Latching into a book or a project and excluding everything else.The quality I most admire about myself is my creativity. I like writing sci-fi and designing game concepts (I like explaining and talking about them much more.) Though these things give me a lot of entertainment, they don't usually become a finished product but that's fine with me. It's more of just the release and seeing the ideas written down so I can go onto the next. The old ones are always there though to jump back to or show off if I need them.My main interest in job searching is finding a positive and interactive work environment, I like being able to get to know and collaborate with co-workers and clients. I enjoy knowing the people I work with and being able to create and recommend solutions that cater to their needs and interests. My ideal position would put me as a go-between with the tech world and the business world. I have a lot of development experience and have fun working through the logic of programs and setting up modular and reusable code, but I've always found the most joy in working with customers to help them solve and become aware of the solutions they require. With experience on both the technical side and business side of the industry I've found it an enjoyable experience to help those that are a bit less tech savvy in getting their ideas translated into results.
