With over 20 years of experience in human resources, I am a passionate and accomplished leader who excels in developing and implementing change management strategies, people operations, HR systems, and enterprise-wide policies/procedures. I have a proven track record of recruiting and developing key talent within organizations of all sizes and building out strong recruitment strategies/systems. Currently, I am a Human Resources Consultant at Water & Land Solutions, LLC, where I support the company's mission to provide innovative and sustainable solutions for environmental and natural resource challenges. I am also pursuing a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certification from University of Southern Florida, as I believe in creating a culture of connection, coordination, and inclusivity.
