Hi! I'm Kasey, I'm a young determined, hard working, talented woman. Possessing a bright, vibrant, high energy personality, extraordinarily strong management, administrative and customer service skills, in addition to fast multi-tasking abilities and powerful, motivational leadership skills. Through years of fanatical networking, customer relations contacts and managing staff at a nationally recognized corporation, I’ve honed my communication skills to a razor sharp edge. I am constantly seeking new challenges and striving for more opportunities to share my interests. I’ve been promoted at a very fast rate. I have built my career on a sturdy, self improving, hard working mentality and work ethic. I set my personal standards very high, and I always make sure to go above and beyond those goals. my enthusiasm, passion, and excitement I portray at a very high level will impress you. In my current position as Optical Manager, I walked into a failing location, and within the first 6 months took it to the number one store in my region. I was recognized for my ability to manage my store, lead my associates, develop my own sales process, and ultimately think outside of the box on how to make connections and expand my business. I’m not only used to wearing many hats, I sincerely enjoy it; I thrive in an environment where no two work days are exactly the same and each day comes with new challenges to overcome. The truth is, I walk in to any situation and not just rise to the top, I sky rocket. If I am unaware of the current request I am given,I work harder than anyone else to understand and perfect whatever it may be. I am very confident in my abilities to learn at a fast rate, to over excel and to always, no matter what, succeed. From a very young age, I learned that in order to succeed you have to talk a big talk, and follow it with a huge walk and that is what I’ve constantly put into practice and what has gotten me so far at such a fast rate and at a young age.
