I want to make people lives better, with technology, with a scout mindset. I yearn to explore and see the world as clearly as I can. I empower individuals and teams and enable organizations and communities to recognize and re-cognize their potential. I do this by actively accessing their intelligence, engaging in exploration and reflection and by sharing knowledge and wisdom. My mission in life is to work with people and discover ways to solve humanity’s greatest problems. My name is Kashif pronounced as Kaashif. In Persian it means ‘the one who discovers’ and thus I am always researching and discovering new things. In Arabic it means ‘the one who solves problems’ and that makes me a trouble shooter, who loves solving deliciously complex problems. My favorite quote is “you cannot create something new if you are not out there discovering the world” I came to Canada as an international student and went through a process of transformation in my thinking, learning and working. I am so proud of contributing to my community and adding value in peoples lives. I focus on making everyone else around me successful and there is no measure of the level satisfaction and pleasure I experience when I see people succeed – ‘its priceless’ I am a father of three awesome kids, and I am from Dubai U.A.E. I completed my undergraduate in Human Resources Management from York University.
