With my role at Emerald City Associates, I’m entrusted with full creative responsibility for our marketing strategy, from managing budgets to maintaining a consistent and recognizable brand presence across our portfolio. I work closely with respected vendors to develop targeted lead generation campaigns, data-informed initiatives, and thoughtful branding that help our communities stand out. My approach is rooted in collaboration, consistency, and a focus on results that bring value to both the organization and the residents we serve. I’m grateful to work alongside talented colleagues in a company that strives to make a positive difference in people’s everyday lives. For me, marketing is about more than filling units. It’s about building trust, creating connections, and supporting communities where people feel at home. I have served as a Marketing Manager for Phoenix Investment Partners. With this, I was able to implement groundbreaking marketing strategies that have supported an increase in market share within our investment industry. I implemented an AI messaging CRM and provided training to support sales staff in being more competitive, strategizing unique marketing campaigns, and managing a marketing budget to execute specified goals while maintaining cost-efficiency. Prior to moving to North Carolina, I was honored to be the Virtual Recruitment Specialist for Morehead State University. I was able to support the university’s enrollment efforts through digital and social media marketing, specifically through our "What's Next" campaign. I have experience as an Account Executive/Marketing Strategist for WTVQ. Here, I collaborated with passionate business owners, and marketers, to fulfill all of their advertising needs.
