I have worked as an Oracle Database Administrator for more than 8 years, ultimately gaining experience in different modules of Oracle. As a Database Administrator I've to be Strategic Technical Leader, Self-motivator, Innovator, a quick learner, tenacious, proactive and an able mentor. I'm always striving to bring 100% to work that I do and play advisory role for various technical, organizational, relationship and architectural simplification. I have Ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical manner relative to business and safety and soundness priorities Sometimes I have to embrace change and vision and be part of solution or help find solution and demonstrate how the change can be executed effectively, and to bring ideas and suggestions to simplify target operating model and bring cost saving and efficiency improvements.
