About Kashish Doshi

I’m a 2026 BBA student at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, currently a Talent Acquisition Intern at Third Bridge in Tokyo. I’m building my career in recruitment because I genuinely enjoy the point where people and business needs meet. I like fast-moving environments, clear communication, and the quiet satisfaction of keeping a process clean, fair, and human for everyone involved. My interest started early when I supported end-to-end recruitment and onboarding at Lernx. That experience taught me how much small actions matter in hiring, how you write, how quickly you respond, how you set expectations, and how you represent the team behind the role. I also completed a Finance & Controlling internship at Mitsubishi Fuso and spent two years in a high-volume operational role at Lawson. Those experiences strengthened my business awareness, discipline, and reliability under pressure, which I now bring into candidate and stakeholder coordination. I work confidently in multicultural settings and communicate professionally in English and Japanese and am actively exploring 2026 new graduate opportunities in recruitment and early careers talent roles in Japan.
