About Kashyapi Rath

An experienced management consultant with more than 6 years of experience in the information technology segment, she is currently with an oil and gas giant as a scrum master, handling product backlogs, acceptance criteria and project releases. She has a demonstrated history of working in the emerging technologies sector of the management consulting industry. She has handled one of the biggest projects in RPA with a leading FMCG company. Her skills include IT and operations consultancy, business analysis, agile project management, global client management and team handling. During her stint with Infosys, she has handled requirements gathering and application development, designing an in-house ticket management process based on her analysis of ticket handling statistics. In Microland, she has helped design marketing strategies for next-generation technologies. A graduate from Xavier Institute of Management, she has completed her Masters in Business Administration, with Operations and Marketing majors. She has completed her Bachelors in Technology in the branch of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Persevering and tenacious by nature, she devotes her free hours to getting fitter and gaining knowledge on business strategies.
